Dominique Einhorn
Managing Partner
Dominique has more than 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, with a focus on senior executive appointments and succession for global and regional organizations. He was a partner at two of the world’s leading executive search and leadership advisory firms, where he led key practices across South America. He began his career at Raychem Corporation, a Silicon Valley multinational, where he spent 15 years and ultimately served as President and General Manager in Brazil. Dominique currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Albert Einstein and is a member of the People Committee of Algar Telecom and Algar Empreendimentos. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA from INSEAD, and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English and French.

Managing Associate
Aline has more than 20 years of experience in Executive Search and Human Resources, advising organizations on the identification and assessment of executives for leadership positions. She has worked with some of the leading global executive search firms and has also held corporate leadership roles in executive recruiting and business partnering within multinational organizations. Her experience spans multiple industries, including consumer goods, healthcare, technology, industrial sectors, and private equity-backed companies. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has extensive experience conducting executive searches across the Americas and Europe.
